Biden brushes female reporter's chest during interview, claims she had a ‘bug’ on her

In an interview with a female reporter on Wednesday, President Joe Biden got a little handsy and brushed a bug off the reporter's chest.  

The interviewer, Stephanie Abrams, was asking Biden what he thinks about the "national emergency with respect to climate change."

“Are you prepared to declare a national emergency with respect to climate change?”

Biden: “We’ve already done that”
