Judge Arthur Engoron has ordered Trump to pay over $364 million in damages in the New York City civil fraud case.

According to reports from NBC News, Engoron's ruling prohibits Trump, "from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation or other legal entity in New York for a period of three years."

The case brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James had been seeking $370 million in damages from the former president.

James argued in the case that Trump inflated the value of his business entities in the city with real estate pricing and alleged he engaged in a pattern of "repeated and persistent fraud."
