No one thinks the Washington Redskins is an offensive team name.
Not even people who manage to be offended by everything.
A new poll by the Democrat survey firm Public Policy Polling finds most Democrats say the name is not offensive, despite being the same people perpetually ready to declare anything offensive.
"There continues to be little support in the state for the Redskins changing their name- only 21% of voters support doing that to 66% are opposed. Republicans are against it 85/3, independents are 69/19, and even Democrats are 51/35," PPP reports.
It seems the only offensive portrayal of Native Americans in Washington is Elizabeth Warren.
