ACLU Caught in a Lie

A story that has rocked the United States on the issues of abortion, taxpayer funding, and illegal immigration, continues to have sad developments.

The 17-year-old, who was 15-weeks pregnant and fought in court for her “right” to have an abortion, has now reportedly sought mental health treatment. The ACLU is also facing allegations it lied to the DOJ, and took her straight to get the abortion while the DOJ thought she was only going to a pre-abortion doctor’s appointment, thus blindsiding the DOJ.

As Live Action reported, on October 24, a full circuit court appealed a previous decision to postpone the abortion to find a sponsor. Instead, they ordered the teen get her abortion “promptly and without delay,” which was done on October 25.

Less than two weeks later, LifeSiteNews and Live Action News have reported on stunning new information surrounding the abortion. It sadly comes too late now that the minor who came to the United States illegally seeking her abortion, known as Jane Doe, has lost her child.

The Department of Justice is now asking the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene, as they claim that the ACLU, which sought the abortion for the young woman, lied about the timeline.
