The Colorado Republican Party announced that if former President Donald Trump is blocked from appearing on the primary ballot, it plans to shift to a "pure caucus system" instead.

After the Colorado Supreme Court declared that Trump should not be included on the primary ballot, GOP presidential primary candidate Vivek Ramaswamy pledged to withdraw from the Colorado Republican presidential primary until Trump is permitted to be included on the ballot.

"I pledge to withdraw from the Colorado GOP primary ballot until Trump is also allowed to be on the ballot," Ramaswamy tweeted.
